We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our Global Finance Operations Services team, you will be responsible for managing healthcare receivables operations, including collections, cash application, account reconciliations and denials management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage healthcare receivables operations, including collections, cash application, account reconciliations and denials management.
  • Interface with payers, employers and patients to ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivables.
  • Identify areas of operational opportunity and prioritize using analysis and investigation.
  • Present recommendations and drive implementation by collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Review and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve Accounts Receivables processes.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by acting and reporting on observed areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development of training materials and quality assurance programs.
  • Adhere to collection and productivity standards as set by leadership.
