Key Player in Fund Administration

At TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise and passion for project management to deliver best-in-class services to our clients.
About the Role- We are looking for a highly skilled Implementations Accountant who will play a critical role in supporting new fund administration customers during their onboarding process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, facilitate, and manage implementation activities that ensure a seamless transition for both our customers and internal teams within tight deadlines.
This is not just any ordinary accounting role; it requires someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, efficiency, and integrity. As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Close of sales support: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover of new customers from sales to implementation. Your attention to detail will guarantee that all necessary information is captured accurately.
- Implementation facilitation: With your strong organizational skills, you will oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Project management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically will be invaluable in this role.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience in Fund Accounting
- Proven experience in Financial Statement Preparation
- Strong accounting analysis skills with the ability to create balanced financial statements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Amenable to working on night shifts and hybrid schedules

Desirable Skills- Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Fund Administration principles
- Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memorandums
- CPA/CA qualifications
