Customer Care Specialist for Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Specialist for Healthcare to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through empathetic communication and expert knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns using written communication only.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a BPO or non-BPO setting.
- The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
