Job Description:

The Human Resources Development Strategist will lead and manage group-wide strategic programs and activities initiated by the Corporate Center HR in relation to Leadership Development, Talent and Performance Management, Succession Planning, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sets direction in the creation, development, and implementation of overall Organization Development strategies and programs.
  • Prepares and communicates information to Management; proposes and presents plans on OD strategies and programs.
  • Cascades important information discussed during Management Committee meetings to all department members/assigned teams.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Designs/reviews and recommends Organization Development-related strategies, policies, and guidelines aligned to TDG's DPV (Dream, Purpose, Values).
  2. Provides consultancy service to Member Companies on Organization Development matters or concerns. Oversees OD processes and interventions requested by Member Companies.
  3. Implements new/revised Talent and Performance Management-related policies, guidelines, and procedures in the Corporate Center and Member Companies under his/her scope.
Talent and Performance Management:
  • Establishes direction for benchmarking initiatives related to Talent and Performance Management to ensure relevant programs, solutions, and interventions are implemented in TDG.
  • Monitors evaluation of the effectiveness of Talent and Performance Management frameworks in the Corporate Center and Member Companies under his/her scope.
Succession Planning/Total Rewards/Learning & Development:
  1. Assists the Group Chief Learning Officer in implementing groupwide Succession Management and Total Rewards programs.
  2. Designs, implements, and leads Learning & Development strategies that promote continuous employee growth, culture building, leadership development, and the cultivation of future talent pipelines.
HR Business Process Review & Optimization:
  • Uses data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Improves HR-OD servicing capabilities and process standards by keeping connected to best practices, industry updates, innovations, technologies, and trends.
