Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years BPO experience with at least 5 years in Learning Services
  • Travel Vertical experience preferred but not required
  • Strong Communication Skills (Verbal + Written)
  • Experience in designing and delivering domain trainings in F&A Shared Services Setup
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
  • Exposure to Instructional design and learning principles
  • Exposure to multiple ERPs systems and workflow solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office applications
  • Excellent ability to build networks within and across functions
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, F&A orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team building abilities
  • Customer-oriented approach in managing communications and issues
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Ability to be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Ability to be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements
