This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an icon and graphic designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in creating visually appealing icons and graphics.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to design 100% original vector-based icons that meet the client's requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality icons, copywriting tags to help customers find the designs, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless project execution.

The role also involves editing and enhancing existing icons and template inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent visual taste, good knowledge of color combinations, and a strong understanding of graphic design trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years minimum experience working as an in-house graphic designer, agency or freelancer where you were engaged in icon or logo creation.
  • At ease using design software and technologies including Adobe Illustrator.
  • A strong icon design portfolio or online graphic design portfolio link with your application.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field and/or strong work experience designing icons is essential.
  • Excellent visual taste/aesthetics is a must.
  • Good knowledge of color combinations to create stunning icons.
  • Knowledge of graphic design trends.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Keen goal setter, who is comfortable setting goals and achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Self starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong, confident level of business English expected for editing the icons you make and SEO.
  • Experience selling vector icons on stock platforms and knowledgeable about stock platform template libraries is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in Google suite products and messaging apps like Slack.
  • A reliable internet connectivity with a minimum 10 mbps bandwidth.
  • A conducive home office.
