Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing content expert to join our AI safety services team. Your mission will be to develop and execute targeted programs that drive qualified leads, accelerate deals, and establish us as the trusted voice in safe AI solutions.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Drive qualified leads and influence the annual pipeline through strategic campaigns and content.
  • Equip sellers with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow average contract value.
  • Amplify awareness of our company across events, webinars, media, and thought-leadership channels.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, owning programs end-to-end.
  • Experience running field, partner, and/or account-based marketing initiatives supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and demonstrate clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Closely collaborated with sales, product, and revenue operations teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana.

  • Campaign and event ownership from conception to post-analysis.
  • Tailored copywriting and messaging for technical and risk-oriented buyers.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, analyzing funnel data, and acting on insights.
  • Project and stakeholder management expertise, juggling multiple programs while maintaining team alignment.
  • Adaptability in shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Work Arrangements
