About the Role
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) domain plays a pivotal role in bridging various parts of the bank, driving secure and efficient processes for customers and colleagues. To achieve this, we aim to establish a bank-wide COO organization ready for the future, with scalable, seamless, digital, and resilient operations. As a Senior Financial Markets Product Strategist, you will help us accomplish this goal by leading your squad in developing, implementing, and maintaining products and services with an end-to-end strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change according to project plans while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance on products and services.
- Communicate actions needed to implement the COOF strategy for your product, explaining its relation to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Motivate people to commit to these goals and do extraordinary things to achieve local business objectives.
- Take ownership of risk management, following procedures to assess and mitigate financial and non-financial risks while operating business processes.
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans for your department, ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Propose business targets and schedule key activities/projects to deliver performance targets.
- Develop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user experiences.
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Identify team members' individual development needs, plan and implement actions, including continuing professional development to build their capabilities.
- Coach and mentor people in your line of responsibility to support the development of the COOF talent pool.

Requirements
- Masters Degree (University / Postgraduate) and ~10 years of experience in the area of expertise and relevant experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives (~5 years).
- Proven track record and technical skills in Strategic Planning, Analyze Current State, Define Future State, Managing Change, Products/Services Management and Development, One Agile Way of Working, and Project Management.
- Behavioral skills in Building Effective Teams, Collaboration, Cultivating Innovation, Customer Focus, Demonstrate Self-Awareness, Drive Engagement, Drive Results, Ensure Accountability, Instill Trust, Nimble Learning, and Tech Savvy.
