About the Job

As a Luxury Automobile Evaluator, you will step into the world of luxury to discreetly assess customer experiences. You will provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.

  • You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments, aligning them with your personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your home.
  • Observe carefully, taking note of ambience, automotive showrooms, after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through our platform, sharing your observations through questionnaires.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Be at least 25 years old.
  • Have a good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
