Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a professional tone and style.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents and arranging logistics.
  • Respond to phone calls, communicate messages, and provide information to the CEO in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prioritize emails and respond accordingly, ensuring prompt communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents for the CEO.
  • Establish and maintain a filing system for the CEO's documents.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organization skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other frequently used computer software.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate, with a Dean's List or Latin Honors designation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including stay-in arrangements when necessary.
  • Knowledge of driving skills is an advantage.

Starting Salary: P25,000
