As an Audit professional, you'll play a vital role in fostering trust, confidence, and sustainable economic growth by supporting organizations, managing regulatory responsibilities, and promoting transparency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. 5+ years of external or internal audit experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  3. Graduates in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Demonstrating expertise in Philippines Financial Reporting Standards and relevant SEC, BIR, BSP, and IC regulations.
  2. Staying current with audit techniques and best practices.
  3. Identifying risk areas within clients' businesses and defining the appropriate audit approach.
  4. Leading your audit team, making sound judgments, and providing administrative direction.
  5. Completing audits and documenting higher-risk areas to improve technical and business skills.
  6. Engaging clients, providing expert advice, and maintaining professionalism throughout the engagement.
  7. Building strong relationships with client personnel, being adaptable, and resourceful in addressing their needs.
  8. Collaborating with other professionals within SGV, such as tax, IT teams, etc.
