Job Description:
We are seeking an Executive Recruiter - Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Collaborate with business development executives to identify key account requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans
Develop and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding processes
Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
3 years of related experience in recruitment or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
Mastery of MS Office, ATS, HRIS, and other relevant software systems
Upward career-based trajectory mindset with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth
