Content Creation Specialist (Contractor)

Job Description

Red Wolf Group seeks a skilled Content Creation Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that drives engagement and conversion for our brand.

You will work with a library of professionally shot footage and transform it into story-driven content for social media, paid ads, landing pages, sales tools, and client learning modules. Your creativity and expertise will play a crucial role in shaping how we show up visually in the market and directly influencing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact video content that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Work with a library of professionally shot footage to create engaging content for various channels.
  • Maintain an organised, easy-to-use video library for future projects.
  • Review and catalogue existing footage each month.
  • Create transcripts and searchable notes.
  • Tag and highlight key b-roll shots.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in colour grading, LUTs, multi-cam sync.
  • Skilled at captions, overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for social.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
