What You Will Do

  2. Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  3. Lead employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change, support business growth, and enhance overall employee experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Retail / FMCG / Food & Beverage background.
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Comfortable with reporting on key deliverables.
