- Lead employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change, support business growth, and enhance overall employee experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Retail / FMCG / Food & Beverage background.
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Proven ability to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Comfortable with reporting on key deliverables.
