Senior Plantation Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our forestry team. As a Senior Plantation Executive, you will be responsible for the development and management of our plantations, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively.

1. Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and replanting of our plantations, taking into account factors such as infrastructure, budget, and cost control.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to our forestry team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
3. Assume leadership responsibility for ensuring that our infrastructure and supporting units are well-equipped and maintained.
4. Involve in planning and execution of the company's plan, ensuring that it aligns with our strategic goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science or related field.
• At least 15 years' experience in forestry-related work, with a strong track record of managing multiple plantations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, local government, and community members.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.

As a Senior Plantation Executive, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
