Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an AI/LLM Model Evaluator. This role requires handling multiple responsibilities at high speed, innovation, and creativity.

This position involves creating training data sets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice. The successful candidate will also be responsible for annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets, contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes, and navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or similar field, excellent writing skills in English, strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, creative thinking, and strong attention to detail. They will also be well-honed internet research skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
