Key Responsibilities

This role entails streamlining execution across multiple teams by providing strategic support and collaboration with a client strategy team to input client order information into the financial system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Accounting Expertise
  • Process high-volume client orders on time accurately ensuring compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation.
  • Audit accounting outputs including invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports and identify discrepancies recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience in data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
  • Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially advanced Excel functions.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills under multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work consistently.
