Job Overview

The Content Creator plays a pivotal role in growing digital presence through engaging storytelling and behind-the-scenes organization.

This hybrid position combines front-camera content with behind-the-scenes coordination to drive brand goals forward.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies, aligning with brand objectives.
  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Present as the on-camera personality for authentic, humorous, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Edit additional video content featuring strong narrative flow, appealing graphics, user-generated content, product visuals, or other talents.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats to optimize content performance.
  • Track and report on content metrics to inform future strategy and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Organize creative assets, update marketing calendars, and manage deadlines to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and content follow-up to maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage and maintain marketing files, folders, and internal documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or digital media.
  • Established online presence with a significant following.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
