• Engaging in conversations with the model on real-world engineering scenarios to test its capabilities and limitations;
• Verifying the factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model's responses;
• Capturing reproducible error traces to identify areas for improvement;
• Suggesting enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics to optimize the model's performance;
• Documenting every failure mode to harden model reasoning and improve overall reliability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A master's or PhD in engineering or a closely related field;
• Prior experience in industry, hands-on projects, or peer-reviewed publications in engineering;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
