About the Position

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a Software Testing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API automation and testing, with a focus on high-volume trading platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for API endpoints, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated tests for API endpoints using WebSockets
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and maintain test frameworks and automation tools
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing practices and standards
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 9 years of experience in API automation and testing
  • Strong knowledge of WebSockets and API testing frameworks
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
