Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Sales Trader to join our team at PSBank Official.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure that all sales targets are met in a manner consistent with established bank policies and procedures, in accordance with the market segment assigned by the Division Head.
  2. Clients Relationship Building: Build up and expand client base through sales calls of existing and prospective clients; ensuring that sources of funds are readily available to meet the objectives of the Treasury Group, while cross selling other products of the Bank, as appropriate.
  3. Treasury Product Marketing: Market and sell various treasury products of the Bank, such as Foreign Exchange, Fixed-Income Securities and Traditional Products to target markets, as available. Manage client's portfolios, relative to PSBank Treasury transactions; monitors the clients maturity schedule and coordinates with clients on the disposition of placement(s).
  4. Client Updates: Updates the customers on market trends and forecasts, as well as the Bank's performance.
  5. Document Compliance: Complies with account opening policies and regulations of the bank, and ensures the completeness of the client's documentary requirements for transfer to the appropriate custodian units.
  6. Service Quality: Actively participate in Service Quality initiatives, and ensures that satisfactory ratings in such initiatives are attained.
  7. Foreign Exchange Dealing Systems: Responsible for the confirmation and approval of branch clients in the Foreign Exchange Dealing Systems (FEDS).
  8. Sustainable Finance: Actively participate in the Bank's sustainable finance-related activities and performs functions as assigned, to help achieve sustainable finance and other sustainable goals of the Bank.
