About the Role:

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all compensation and benefits related activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Verify attendance reports and manage leave audits for encashment and new entitlements.
  2. Address payslip concerns; prepare documentation for merit, promotion, and wage increases.
  3. Validate HMO/GPA/GLIP payments and support benefits-related inquiries.
  4. Maintain SMEMP, Headcount, and Monthly HR Analytics reports.
  5. Process resignations, manage exit interviews, and coordinate terminal pay.
  6. Securely organize and store employee records.
  7. Handle transfers, uniform renewals, C&B announcements, awardee lists, and process allowances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
