Job Description

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning systems that meet the needs of our business. This includes:

  • Designing and developing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Conducting data analysis and modeling using large and complex datasets.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of ML systems and algorithms through continuous training and retraining.
  • Enhancing existing frameworks, workflows, and libraries to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, engineering, or computer science.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in software and model development in a data or machine learning team in a production environment.
  3. Strong track record of designing and training machine learning models to solve business challenges.
  4. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or AlibabaCloud.
  5. Excellent software engineering skills across multiple languages, including Python, SQL, Scala.
  6. Experience with machine learning software packages (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
  7. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and their appropriate application.
  8. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for machine learning deployment.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with the latest developments in machine learning.
