Job Summary
A laboratory receptionist plays a vital role in assisting patients, doctors, and hospital personnel with their queries and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will oversee the receipt of samples from patients and other departments, while supporting medical technologists in blood sample collection.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain attentiveness to customers' needs and initiate steps to meet their requirements.
  • Receives and/or charges requisitions from patients for laboratory testing.
  • Assists laboratory personnel in releasing results by printing out test reports.
  • Monitors stocks and inventory and reports to the Laboratory Section Head for replenishment.
