**Job Title:** Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert

This position requires an experienced professional to support the optimization of system functionality and implementation of customized reporting solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics is also essential.
  • The candidate must be able to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures.

We are seeking a collaborative team player who can work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
