Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage risks related to SOX Audits, Financial Audits, Government Audits, and Internal Audits.
  2. Monitor employee flight schedules and travel advances, ensuring timely submission of TER and supporting documentation.
  3. Liaise with the Corporate Law Firm to coordinate legal matters and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  4. Prepare and submit regular reports to governments, staying up-to-date with new pronouncements and issuances.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Fresh graduate or up to two years of experience
  • CPA/CIA/CMA license is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Computerized Accounting System (CAS)
  • Working knowledge of the entire finance function, comfortable reviewing contracts and other documents
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts
  • Ability to execute financial controls and maintain accurate records
  • Working knowledge of basic auditing standards and practice
  • Working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and other government regulations
  • Ability to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
