This is a job for someone who enjoys creative work. As a Creative Assistant, you will be responsible for designing presentations using Figma Slides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually engaging and professional presentations; interpret and develop design from briefs or high-level guidance; apply current design trends while maintaining brand consistency; ensure precision and polish with excellent attention to detail; deliver first drafts within one week and final versions within two weeks;
  • Presentation Designer (Figma Slides) - Manage a regular workload of 2–3 presentations per month; support with email management, task tracking, and basic admin follow-up; maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness; handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; ensure smooth day-to-day communication and scheduling support

You will also assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content. To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency in Figma Slides, solid understanding of contemporary design trends, highly organized, responsive, and reliable.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English skills; Experience in email management, lead research, or marketing admin; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement;
