We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking expenses, budgeting, taxes, cash flow, receipts, payroll, and other financial dealings of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and professional experience in utilizing QuickBooks software.

Additional requirements include knowledge of other accounting software, CPA license (preferred but not required), experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliation and taxes (preferred but not required), and knowledge in US GAAP (a huge plus).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client financial data and perform reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks software.
  • Knowledge of other accounting software.
  • CPA license (preferred but not required).

Working Conditions
