At Dover Business Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Cebu, Philippines.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders and customers. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, while maintaining excellent communication skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, including Billing, Collections, Disputes, Cash Application, and Order Management. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining organized with strict attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Process and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel experience (SharePoint a plus)
  • Previous experience in Oracle system, SAP, and other ERP systems
