Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support various HR functions and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Evaluate competitive compensation benchmarking.
    • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process.
    • Conduct interviews and collaborate with department managers to make hiring decisions.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
    • Coordinate with departments to ensure necessary equipment and access during onboarding and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Policy Development:
    • Draft, review, and update employee policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that HR policies are effectively communicated and understood by all employees.
    • Handle employee relations and address concerns in accordance with company policies.
  • Company Culture:
    • Uphold and promote the company's core values, mission, and culture.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance management process, including regular evaluations.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and improvement plans.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefit programs.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a significant focus on technical recruitment or experience in the tech industry.
    • Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
    • Experience in managing HR functions such as compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and administration.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
    Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience working with engineering and development teams.
