Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ETeam PH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to provide actionable insights for business leaders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional stakeholder needs, owning seasonal reporting tasks, and building and launching sell-through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories. You will work closely with our team to iterate category futures and communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret large amounts of transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area.
  • Creatively articulate the insights behind the data and help our team iterate category futures.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs both effectively and sensitively.
  • Own seasonal reporting related tasks including building and launching sell through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business analytics software, including Excel and Power BI. You should also have intermediate to advanced level expertise using SQL and Big Data Query. Additionally, you will require a high degree of initiative with strong planning skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Skill Set:
  • Advance level Excel and Powerpoint
  • Intermediate to advance level knowledge in business analytics software. QMF, and Power BI
  • Knowledge in using SQL and Big Data Query.
  • Able to handle Big data analysis

Relevant Experience:
  • 4-year College degree or equivalent grocery industry experience required. 2-year general retail experience a plus. Financial, Accounting, or Economics degree is a plus
  • 1-3 years' experience working with shopper-generated or household/transaction-level data
  • Possion for Data and Financial Analytics
  • Strong Financial Acumen, ability to work with and understand large volumes of financial data. Understanding of P&L and vendor funding is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced level on Excel and Power Point
  • Intermediate to advanced level expertise using business analytics software. QMF, and Power BI preferred
  • Basic understanding of computer programming language such as Python and SQL a plus
  • General knowledge of segmentation models and an ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information clearly and concisely
  • High degree of initiative with strong planning skills; must be able to work independently and be a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to solve complex problems
