E-Commerce Operations Specialist

As an Online Product Listings Manager, you will play a vital role in our company's e-commerce operations. This dynamic position involves managing and optimizing product listings across various platforms to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Optimize product listings for improved search visibility, higher conversion rates, and enhanced user experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as product listing software, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track sales performance and customer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
