Key Responsibilities
  • Craft Lesson Plans: Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Integrate Educational Tools: Effectively utilize various online tools to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen understanding.
  • Deliver Live Sessions: Teach synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum).
  • Evaluate Student Work: Evaluate and grade student assignments to track progress and ensure student growth.
  • Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer feedback to support learning and growth.
  • Represent the Organization: Positively represent the organization's mission and values in all interactions.
