The Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Architect is responsible for leading the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures. This includes overseeing the deployment of IAM technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and assessing risk.

This strategic role demands strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and effective communication capabilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity management systems and possess in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, principles, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership in IAM initiatives and collaborations.
  2. Evaluate and improve existing IAM processes, protocols, and tools.
  3. Cultivate close partnerships with cross-functional teams, focusing on delivering high-quality security solutions.
  4. Develop, implement, and maintain robust IAM architectures.
  5. Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and innovations to integrate them effectively into our overall security framework.
  6. Advise on best practices for IAM risk management, mitigation, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IAM, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Extensive understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, encompassing identity lifecycle management, IDP, IGA, SSO, RBAC, PAM, and more.
  • Strong proficiency in IAM tools like Okta, Azure Active Directory, Ping Identity, and similar platforms.
