US Taxation Accounting Expert
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled US taxation accounting professional to oversee and manage all aspects of US taxation processes.
This role requires advanced expertise in US taxation, IRS regulations, and GAAP principles.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and filing corporate tax returns with utmost accuracy and timeliness.
- Developing and implementing effective tax strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Conducting thorough tax audits and resolving complex taxation issues in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest US tax laws and regulations, and ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent accreditation is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in US taxation and accounting.
- Extensive knowledge of IRS regulations, GAAP, and US tax compliance.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting platforms.
Technical Requirements:
- A high-performance computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 25 Mbps for primary use and 10 Mbps for backup.
