We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our human resources function, focusing on strategic HR operations and talent development while fostering a positive work environment for our team members.

• HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with our organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
• HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development, ensuring seamless execution.
• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and address workplace issues to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations, minimizing risk.
• Benefits and Compensation: Collaborate with external partners for benefits administration and manage the company's compensation structure, ensuring fairness and equity.
• HR Systems: Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline HR processes and data management, improving efficiency.
• Talent Development: Implement and oversee training and development programs to support career growth and skills enhancement, driving employee success.
• Strategic Planning: Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on HR matters, contributing to organizational growth and success.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional development and growth, and promoting a culture of excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role in a BPO Contact Center.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex HR challenges.
• Handled 1000 to 2000 employees.
