We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team at Hexagon Group of Companies. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as maintaining the Books of Accounts and preparing financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

**Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the internal controls adequately identify, measure and manage regulatory risks.
  • Place appropriate disciplinary measures to avoid future recurrence of a regulatory breach.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to BIR, SEC and LGUs.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • At least two years relevant experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of PFRS and tax regulatory standards.
