Job Overview

This strategic role involves creating content that drives pipeline growth, thought leadership, and brand authority. As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing the content strategy, producing and repurposing assets, and distributing them across various channels.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts to create engaging content that sparks conversations in the CX community and positions our company as a leader in the BPO industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, etc.)
  • Promote business goals: Align content with pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust objectives
  • Repurpose effectively: Turn one big idea into multiple pieces of content across channels, each with specific purposes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators
  • Evaluate performance: Track content metrics and continuously refine what works
  • Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on CX, EX, and BPO industry trends to fuel timely commentary
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
  • Data-driven approach
  • Comfortable interviewing executives and clients
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and basic understanding of marketing automation
  • Project management skills
