Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Trade Support Specialist will include:

  • Processing incoming statements from clients and raising issues with the trading desk.
  • Coordinating with clients, custodians, and brokers to agree settlements and process payments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date static data for entities, instruments, and standard settlement instructions.

You will also be responsible for handling trade-related processes, including processing trades, resolving trade discrepancies, and maintaining accurate trade records. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A degree in finance or a related field, along with experience in banking and finance, technology, and market operations, is highly desirable. We offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, and up to 20 weeks paid parental leave.
