We are looking for a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team and drive client marketing initiatives. As a Media Buyer/Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and managing ads across Facebook & IG.

The ideal candidate will have experience in direct response marketing, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making and funnel strategy. You will be working closely with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts crucial for scaling paid traffic.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Manage daily ad spend, optimizing effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts
  • Brainstorm and implement growth strategies and campaigns that distinguish us from competitors
  • Conduct competitor research to improve advertising and funnel optimisation efforts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct response marketing experience
  • Skilled in managing campaigns primarily on Meta
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, making decisions informed by data while avoiding over-analytics
  • Confidence in scaling and optimising ad accounts based on client needs
  • Initiative-driven self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacious and resilient, persisting until goals are achieved
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
