Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Panay Seafarers Review Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative operations, including supervising administrative staff, handling office services, streamlining processes, and providing executive support as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Office Services: Ensure efficient office operations by overseeing daily tasks, maintaining office supplies inventory, and managing procurement processes.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise administrative staff, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing administrative expenses, track and report on costs, and prepare financial reports related to administrative activities.

Requirements:
