We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Supervisor/Manager to join our team at DELTA CONCRETE CORPORATION.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any related field is required.

Experience: Preferably a Purchasing Supervisor/Manager with 5 years or more experience in a batching plant operations (Ready Mixed Concrete) and/or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve service quality.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work in Taytay, Rizal and supervise other branches.
