Caregiver Advocate

We're looking for passionate and empathetic professionals who share our vision. This role is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you'll be working with real families with real human problems. Your role is to empower these families to take the transformative step of accessing care.

• Documentation Management: Collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families.
• Guidance and Support: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.
• Communication Skills: Handle a high volume of phone interactions daily while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
• Family Communication: Communicate clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and track expiring documents, sending timely reminders.
