About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned insights expert to drive strategic partnerships and lead cutting-edge analytics initiatives. As a Senior Client Insights Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing scalable insight engines, prototyping decision-support systems, and shaping the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

This is not a traditional reporting position. You'll work on problems that have been underserved by traditional analytics, helping to define the frameworks that power executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify analytical needs and translate them into impactful deliverables
  • Create tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Develop and deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Bolster repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL skills, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards
