Job Title: Technical Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.

  • The successful candidate will provide top-notch support to customers and team members through various channels, including phone, chat, and ticket systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers and team members is key to this role.
  • The engineer will also identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and collaborate with escalation engineers to assist with fixes and testing.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4+ years of strong Tier 1 level Technical Support and Customer Service experience is required.
  • The ability to handle high volumes of tickets, phone calls, and chats is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience is necessary.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and interpersonal) and customer service skills are mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with H.323 and SIP protocols from a hardware and network standpoint is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of PBX systems is highly preferred.
  • Network experience (CCNA certification or equivalent) is valuable.
  • Administration of Exchange, Office 365, or Google Apps email and calendaring tools is a plus.
  • Active Directory federation and Single-Sign-On administration is advantageous.
  • Experience managing a virtualized infrastructure is a significant asset.
  • Programming experience, including mobile app development with SDKs, REST API usage, and HTML/CSS, is beneficial.
