Job Title: Lead Design Project Manager

Cobden & Carter International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the creative planning, execution, and delivery of various design projects. This is a nightshift hybrid role based in Taguig.

Responsibilities:
  1. Directly manage the creative planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
  2. Work closely with designers and partner with studio leaders to improve output, understand needs and constraints, provide feedback, and stay up-to-date on brand and process changes.
  3. Manage projects and complex programs, assigning tasks, providing guidance, support, and evaluating performance to build a positive culture and high-performing team.
  4. Manage the quality of deliverables, ensuring all design work meets high standards and provide feedback where necessary.
  5. Act as a primary liaison with internal clients, championing their needs, proactively communicating, and consulting on best design processes and potential tradeoffs to meet objectives.

Requirements:
  • • A Bachelor's degree or certificate in marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • • 5-10 years at a design, creative, or similar company, or within a corporate design team.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Working knowledge of Workfront is a plus.
  • • Broad knowledge of print, digital, event, and other design processes and workflows and staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best-practices.
  • • A strong command of the English language.
  • • A good understanding of the bigger picture, helping to spot, diagnose, and solve design problems and guide the team's work.
  • • A history of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • • A growth mindset; constantly looking for ways to grow skills, improve processes, and methods and understand the businesses we operate in.
  • • Strong communication skills, and be an active listener who values the needs of others, proactively facilitating conversations around goals, problems, and tradeoffs to drive toward actionable feedback.

Benefits:
This position offers a salary range of PHP 350,000 to PHP 550,000 depending on experience, a competitive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
