We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer/Copywriter to create engaging and informative content for clients in the financial sector.

Job Description

This role involves developing certification course materials, blog posts and whitepapers that align with client goals and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience creating instructional materials and a deep understanding of writing for adult learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing clear and compelling copy for various media formats, including long-form blog posts, learning modules and skills assessments.
  • Collaborating with client subject matter experts to understand asset purposes, key takeaways and calls to action.
  • Developing content that adheres to client brand guidelines and editorial standards.
  • Reviewing and revising content based on feedback from client teams and quality control editors.

The successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling. Familiarity with finance, risk management or financial crime prevention is an asset.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or related field.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality content for adult learners.
  • Experience working with clients in the financial sector.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
