About the Role

This Senior Change Lead position plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our GSSC Transformation and Change Program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, change strategy development, and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Transformation Programs: Develop and execute transformation programs to achieve business objectives, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives, to drive business outcomes and address complex challenges.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Process Excellence certification.
