Job Description

A dynamic role for an ambitious individual to support the planning, execution, and daily optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of digital advertising who is eager to grow their expertise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns across various platforms.
  • Perform daily account checks to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and meeting performance goals.
  • Help optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting under direction and with clear guidance.
  • Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
  • Contribute to testing strategies and analyze results to inform ongoing performance improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to brainstorm and provide feedback on ad concepts.
  • Help source and organize creative assets for testing and campaign use.

Data analysis and reporting is a key part of this role, including:

  • Assist in pulling reports and compiling performance insights using platform dashboards and spreadsheets.
  • Track key metrics and support the team in generating weekly and monthly performance summaries.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure all campaign links and tracking parameters are properly implemented.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related role (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with preferred platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills:

  • Exposure to one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets to analyze and interpret data.
  • Some experience with analytics tools is beneficial.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Basic understanding of tracking and pixels.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager is a plus.
