Main Accountabilities

  1. Developing go-to-market product and digital strategies to accelerate digitization across banking partners and capture new payment flows.
  2. Maintaining awareness of competitive products and industry trends, understanding their implications for Mastercard and suggesting proactive measures as required.
  3. Working closely with local research teams to develop effective communication strategies engaging consumers in successful acquisition, activation, and usage campaigns.
  4. Developing best practice materials for issuers, focusing on 'Life Cycle Management' approaches to enhance/modify/upgrade products & benefits in line with market/issuer/segment needs.
  5. Supporting the launch of programs and benefits through collaboration with internal teams.
  6. Developing presentations to highlight white space opportunities, market trends, and how Mastercard's solutions can drive product innovation.
  7. Supporting markets and issuers in creating value propositions that leverage key features of existing and/or new product platforms.
  8. Providing customized product development support to markets.
  9. Demonstrating strong influencing and negotiation skills, along with analytical thinking and customer focus.
